Process: Social Media and Branding
Step 1: The Inquiry
So you’ve decided that you need help with your social media and branding needs. You’ll want to submit an inquiry form to kickstart our working relationship.
Step 2: The Discovery Call
Once you’ve submitted the form, you’ll receive a note from me requesting a time to meet. On the call we will go over your goals, budget, and project needs.
Step 3: Onboarding and Questionnaire
After the discovery call, you’ll pay your first invoice and get acquainted with your client portal. You’ll receive a document with all the information you need to get started. You’ll share detailed information about your brand and specifics about your goals in a questionnaire.
Step 4: Strategy Plan and Audit
I will conduct an in-depth audit of your social media or brand and prepare a strategy document that outlines the path forward to reaching your goals. I’ll share this with you ahead of our strategy call.
Step 5: Monthly Content + Analytics
Depending on your plan, I’ll prepare content for your review and post on your behalf if you chose a management plan. You’ll receive all content to approve before it goes out. Content will be based on strategy pillars and information you share. If I need any information from you in order to develop industry accurate or highly personalized content, we may schedule additional calls to go over that. At the end of each month you will receive an analytics report that we will go over in a strategy meeting.
