Social Media: Drone Tech Client

The Challenge

An up and coming U.S.-based drone technology company enlisted my services to increase brand awareness and establish brand credibility via LinkedIn and X. Their goal was to attract government and global private sector clients to learn more about their product offerings.

The Strategy

I conducted a comprehensive social media competitor audit and provided in-depth strategy recommendations for improving their social media strategy. I introduced a consistent content schedule and established content tone, key themes, and messages for the company to address such as promoting presence at industry events, new press releases, thought leadership, company news, and product launches.

The Results

My strategy allowed the client to stand out against competitors by sharing their wins and company activities. The performance metrics showed an increase in engagement with the client’s content from key industry players from major industry publications, organizations, and similar companies. Additionally, the more regular posting schedule allowed me to promote the client’s events, which directly correlated to higher clicks to the registration pages leading to record attendance rates.

Events: Trade Association Client

The Challenge

The challenge was to produce a semi-annual two-day summit for a large American trade association with members from all over the country. The summit involved panels, group activities, and speaker presentations. They required collateral creation, event production, and vendor management services.

The Strategy

I worked with the client to develop designs for on-brand signage, program books, speaker name tags, and a branded powerpoint template for presentations. I liaised with all print vendors as well as the AV vendors and staff in order to ensure all tech needs were met. I provided on-site support both days of the event to ensure that production ran seamlessly.

The Results

The client led a smooth summit with 70-80 participants and the client was pleased with the quality of collateral and the tech services provided. Since they have this event twice per year, I provided services consistently for the summit four times.

Events: Trade Association Client

The Challenge

The challenge was to produce an annual board meeting for a large American trade association that would have CEOs and members of Congress in attendance. The event involved speaker presentations and regular board meeting events. They required collateral creation, event production, and vendor management services.

The Strategy

I worked with the client to develop designs for on-brand signage, program books, guest name tags, staging design, and branded powerpoint templates for presentations. I liaised with all print vendors as well as the AV vendors and venue staff in order to ensure all tech needs were met and staging was built properly. I provided on-site support the day of the event to ensure that production ran seamlessly.

The Results

The client was pleased with the quality of collateral, staging, and the tech services provided. Key legislative decision makers such as Sen. Joe Manchin, former Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy, and Sen. Shelley Moore Capito were in attendance. Since the client hosts this event annually, I provided services consistently for the summit twice.
